Meet Neesha
Neesha is Physiotherapy Mentor and a determined Difference Maker!
Since completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy with First Class Honours at The University of Sydney in 1999. She has travelled and worked as a Physiotherapist in Australia, England and Singapore, gaining clinical experience both in private and public settings across the life span.
Frustrated by the limitations of public health systems and outraged with the culture of private health practices, Neesha set out to create a Physiotherapy Practice with a difference. And so My Favourite Physio was established in 2006.
Fast forward 15 years, My Favourite Physio is now known as the leading Private Physiotherapy Practice in New South Wales. Helping thousands of people overcome their injuries to return to active pain free living as well as literally changing the lives of thousands of babies and children to help them achieve their best potential
With over 20 years of experience as an Expert Physiotherapist, Mentor and Leadership Coach, Neesha has helped many Physiotherapists and Physiotherapy Practice Owners to grow and become leaders in Physiotherapy through her endless drive, enthusiasm, experience and passion to help people fulfil their true potential.

What can we say? We really like each other! From three times a week team meeting and monthly celebration team lunches, to quarterly leadership workshops and annual Christmas parties, we like to work hard and play hard!
