🧐Think about the different aspects of your life and set a goal for each area. Here’s an example of goal setting you can consider for yourself
Health Goals – Going to the gym or playing sports twice a week ⛹🏻♀️
Academic Goals – Achieving a better grade in each subject than last term 👩🏻🎓
Financial Goals – Save $200 a month towards a family holiday 🏝
