the next, it’s no wonder that many little ones start to have a runny nose and chest colds. Often parents are told by the Family Doctor that if little one does not have a fever, and baby looks well, although tired and lethargic with a cough, they do not need any antibiotics, all they need is to drinks lots of water and monitoring.

3. When you place your hand on baby’s chest and you can feel a rumbling or crackling in their lungs. This indicates that baby has phlegm in their lungs.
