Our day-to-day schedules can more often than not be stressful. It’s easy to shift your focus on ‘just getting through the day’ even though there is so much beauty around us to admire and air filling our lungs.
Whether you hit the gym for a hard training session today or take a simple walk around the block – take a moment to admire all that is around you and all the wondrous abilities your body has provided you with. Enjoy the moment and find beauty in every run.
PS: Don’t forget to check that you have the right type of shoes to suit your activity and that they are not worn out. Nothing worse than heel pain or blisters or knee pain to occupy your mind instead of enjoying the moment, working out and finding beauty along your run!
