To picture 🤔what your lower back muscles are going through, take your fingers and bend them backwards and hold the position.🖐 If you hold and sustain your fingers in this overstretched position for a short time it may be okay for your fingers, however if you hold it longer for a few hours it will start to cause some discomfort and give you issues. 😰The same applies for the lower back muscles, if you place your spine in extreme ranges or overwork certain muscles in the same position for prolonged periods of time, it will start to cause discomfort and give you low back pain. 😣
