12 Nov 30th July 2021 is International Day of Friendship
The International Day of Friendship was proclaimed in 2011 by the UN General Assembly with the idea that friendship between peoples, countries, cultures and individuals can inspire peace efforts and build bridges between communities.
Friendship is the most critical relationship after family and in some instances it even surpasses family connections. Learning to build a friendship starts from a very young age and for many of us the strongest friendship bonds are the ones we made in our childhood. The challenges we face every day becomes lighter when we face them with a friend, and that sense of solidarity plays a huge role in helping most of us get through the most difficult of situations. That is the power of friendship, and that is why the International Day of Friendship was set aside to remind us of the importance of friends and to give us an opportunity to sit back and appreciate the value that our friends bring into our lives.
Here at My Favourite Physio, we want to take the opportunity to say a BIG THANK YOU to the wonderful families and individuals we see and know in our clinic, who over the years have become friends and family to us. We love and appreciate you all in our lives. HAPPY INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP DAY!
