We are what we eat. The performance you get from your body reflects the food you put into your body. You can’t binge on sugar, fat and highly processed foods and expect your body to function at a high level.
Give your body the best, and it will give you the best. Bin the fast food, and instead choose whole foods, grains, fruits and vegetables. Go for 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of vegetables a day to stay healthy and protect your body from heart disease, obesity, some cancers and constipation. Select water over soft drinks or sugary sports drinks, and your body will thank you.
Try eating healthy for 30 days and you will soon start to feel more energy for your day and the motivation to keep eating well.
