The start of a new month is always a great time to stop, reflect, assess and recalibrate your goals.
Here at My Favourite Physio, our team reviews all our goals every month to ensure that we are on track to achieve our personal, professional and business goals. We celebrate our achievements and then recalibrate our goals ensuring we are taking the right actions that will lead us towards our goals for the month!
If you haven’t been setting goals for yourself, here’s some tips on how to do it:
Think about the different aspects of your life and set a goal for each area. Our Team sets personal goals in the category of Health, Family, Professional and Financial. Examples include exercising 3 times a week, doing one fun activity with the children once a week, keeping in touch with family and friends once a week, attending relevant professional development conference 3 times a year, saving $200 a month towards a holiday. To make it fun, we have a competition amongst our team members for the person who is actions their personal weekly goals most consistently all year wins a prize!
Don’t let October slip away from you without it being a month of achievements! Grab a pan and paper and start writing some goals and actions to make October a Winning Month today!
