29 Dec Christmas is a wonderful time to pause and reflect on a year that has gone pass.
2021 has truly been a year of challenges with the COVID-19 global pandemic throwing life as we know it into a distant past. 
Teachers, 
students, parents, 
Healthcare Professionals 
and whole communities were forced to re-think how they could continue carrying out teaching, learning and working remotely in an effort to fight against the new strain of Coronavirus. There were initial moments of uncertainty, fear, 
stress and even deep sadness as many people succumbed to COVID-19.
The threat is still present and real, however, almost 24 months on, there has emerged many stories of triumph, innovation and resilience. 
As we gather with our loved ones 
this Christmas either remotely or in small gatherings, we can have the opportunity to reflect and be grateful for many things. Here at My Favourite Physio, we are grateful 
for the ability to have continued to work with our clients and families to provide essential healthcare services to people in pain and children in need of Early Intensive Intervention. We have been able to celebrate many children who learned to walk with our help this year. We saw children who learned to talk and communicate because we were able to continue to see them.
We are grateful for the support of our families, our colleagues and our communities, without whom we would not have been able to make a difference in what we do each day. We thank our local communities for adhering to the facemarks, social distancing rules 
and for understanding the need to enforce additional screening processes and cleaning processes within our clinic. In doing so, we have been able to help many people overcome back pain, neck pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, migraines and headaches to get back to active living. 
We are grateful that we can look forward to the next 12 months inspired and more resolute than ever, that together as a community we can make a difference and overcome COVID-19.
The best is yet to come.
