At My Favourite Physio, we believe that change begins with having the right attitude. Having a Healthy Attitude is contagious but don’t wait to catch it. Be the carrier. Be the change you want to see.
The most lasting changes starts from the inside out! A Healthy Attitude can begin right now with a morning routine when you look in the mirror to brush your teeth, tell yourself aloud that you are an amazing, strong, beautiful person who is positive and healthy.
Then take action by consciously planning when during your day can you do 5-15minutes of exercise. It can be simply deciding to park your car further from the shop or your workplace and walking to your destination. It can be taking a walk outside during your lunch break and having your lunch outdoors at a park.
A Healthy Attitude is also consciously deciding to be the first to offer a smile or a kind word to others, as much as being kind to yourself and celebrating your wins each day!
