1. Prepare yourself the night before. Plan and pack what you need for your day the night before. Plan your route if you have to be somewhere new so that you are not caught up in unexpected traffic.
2. Go to bed early if you have an early start or a busy day where you need to be at your best!
3. Think and visualise yourself winning your day. The last thoughts before you fall asleep is the most powerful thoughts. Tell yourself that you are a winner and you will win your day tomorrow. Visualise yourself winning in the meeting you have the next day. Don’t go to bed with self doubt or worrying thoughts!
