Here at My Favourite Physio, our Team is always striving to be better each day! One Key Activity we do to help us become Better is Our FRIYAY Team Meeting where at the end of the work week, we Celebrate Our Wins for the week, then we set our goals for the following week and plan the action steps to take to ensure that we are prepared for the week ahead! Goals include professional and personal life goals such as exercising three times a week to improve on cardiovascular fitness and strength. Exercise is important as your body releases hormones called endorphins which makes you feel energised and happy! So if you never make time to exercise, why not start today Begin with just going for a walk around your block.
Another Goal that helps our Team become Better is planning to spend quality time with family and loved ones because part of being a better version of you means having a better happier family life. Whether it’s sharing a meal with friends or movie night with the children, it’s important to plan to do it on the weekends because the weekdays can often be a series of hectic routine of school runs and work project deadlines.

1. List your Wins for the week, Acknowledge and Celebrate your achievements!
2. SET YOUR 3 GOALS FOR NEXT WEEK which will make you be better and your week successful! List the action steps you need to take to achieve those 3 Goals, list any obstacles that could stop you from taking those action steps and ask for support from colleagues, friends or family to overcome those obstacles.
