Here at My Favourite Physio, our team reviews all our goals every month to ensure that we are on track to achieve our personal, professional and business goals. 💪We celebrate our achievements and then recalibrate our goals ensuring we are taking the right actions that will lead us towards our goals for the month! 🎉

If you haven’t been setting goals for yourself, here’s some tips on how to do it:
🧐Think about the different aspects of your life and set a goal for each area. Our Team sets personal goals in the category of Health, Family, Professional and Financial. Examples include going to the gym 3 times a week🏋️‍♀️, doing one fun activity with the children once a week🤹‍♂️, spending time with family and friends once a week🧔👩👵🏻👴🏻, attending relevant professional development conference 3 times a year🤓, saving $200 a month towards a holiday🏝. To make it fun, we have a competition amongst our team members for the person who is actions their personal weekly goals most consistently all year wins a prize! 🏆
