The type of information to note in your Migraine Diary should include when your migraine started,🤯 when it stopped, where the pain is, what you’ve eaten and what you were doing at the time a Migraine attack began. Also, record which medications 💊you took to ease the Migraine pain and how well they worked. Tracking your migraine frequency in your diary can help identify potential migraine triggers and the best course of action to help treat and prevent migraine attacks in the future.
