😬Have you been trying out elimination diets to try and figure out if what you eat impacts your headaches or migraines 🤔Do you think that oily or spicy foods 🥘trigger your headaches and migraines

Studies have shown that 4.9 million Australians experience migraine, 🤕it is more common in women than men, which is thought to be due to hormonal factors. Triggers vary significantly from person to person, to the point where almost anything could set off a migraine for someone with a certain level of sensitivity and adverse response to otherwise normal stimuli, including different foods or smells or loud noises or bright light.

Recently, our Expert Physiotherapists🤓 met a lady in her 30s who has been experiencing recurrent migraines for the past 10 years. She reported that when she ate out and had oily or spicy foods, she experienced migraine attacks the following day without fail. So she tries not to eat out, however, this impacted her ability to socialise with friends and even work related events. 😔She had tried various therapies including acupuncture, cupping, elimination diets, taking migraine medications and painkillers. However, all the therapies had limited impact on her migraine attacks and she still experienced weekly migraines episodes which lasted for days each time. 🤯

We carried out a full assessment of her first 3 neck joints and found that her neck joints were out of alignment. By gently holding onto her neck joint to realign it, we were able to reproduce and reduce her migraines symptoms. This is a strong indication that her migraines were caused by dysfunction in her first 3 neck joints. Using our 3 Step Migraine Free Solution System, we were able to reduce the symptoms and frequency of her migraine attacks in 1 week. By week 2, she was completely migraine free. 😃By Week 4, she was able to return to active migraine free living, with the freedom to eat whatever she wanted without triggering her migraines!
