The start of a new month is always a great time to stop, reflect, assess and recalibrate your goals. 


Here at My Favourite Physio, our team reviews all our goals every month to ensure that we are on track to achieve our personal, professional and business goals. We celebrate our achievements and then recalibrate our goals ensuring we are taking the right actions that will lead us towards our goals for the month!
If you havenβt been setting goals for yourself, hereβs some tips on how to do it:
Think about the different aspects of your life and set a goal for each area. Hereβs an example of goal setting you can consider for yourself
Health Goals β Going to the gym or playing sports twice a week
Academic Goals β Achieving a better grade in each subject than last term
Financial Goals β Save $200 a month towards a family holiday
Family Goals β Spending time each week doing a fun activity with the family
Friend Goals β Keeping in touch weekly with friends
