Here at My Favourite Physio, we recently met Ms B who had a history of chronic headaches in the left side of her face. She reported pain in her eye socket region for several years which she thought was a Sinus Headache. She had a Brain MRI and Head CT Scan which were all normal. She has seen an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist who ruled out Sinus Headaches. She is then referred to a Neurologist for further testing. At this point, her husband  saw a Headache Solution video by My Favourite Physio. He suggested that she sees one of our Headache treating Physiotherapists.

Using our 3 Step Headache Solution Session, our Expert Physiotherapist  was able to diagnose the cause of her Chronic Headaches which was a combination of increased stiffness in the first 3 joints of the neck and increased muscle tightness in her neck and shoulders. We were able to prescribe a 6 week treatment plan and immediately carry it out in the first session. By the end of the first session, she left the clinic free of her left sided headache!  And within 5 sessions Ms B was for the first time in many years headache free. It was then important to maintain an exercise program for her to strengthen her shoulder and neck to improve overall posture.
