Most people mistake pain as an indication of a good workout. This is incorrect, the end result of a good workout is feeling tired from exercising but not pain. Post exercise soreness is not the same as post exercise pain and not being able to move.
3. Leaving injury niggles until it is too late.
Most people think that the niggling pain in their backs will go away, however, they soon find that they are unable to get up off the bed.
