With Christmas 
and the festive season round the corner, many of us are getting into the full swing of 
shopping, decorating and partying. While this is the season of joy and celebrating, 
unfortunately for some people it’s a season of challenge 
and struggle. Life is unpredictable and full of surprises – some good and some bad. We all experience it at some points in our lives.
Here at My Favourite Physio, we 
believe that we can remember others when we are experiencing a good season and that we can ask for support when we experiencing a bad season. At this moment, during the festive season, we are remembering and supporting those who are experiencing a tough time. 
– A little one who has degenerative neurological condition,
– A little one who is unwell and in NICU,
– Families who are doing it tough this Christmas, we are donating toys, food and toiletries to help them enjoy the festive season and know that they are not alone.
There is so much need around us today, it is easy to become overwhelmed by the many needs and feel helpless. 
We can’t do everything but we can do something. It doesn’t have to be financial or material support. It can be as simple as a word of encouragement, a smile or even just a whispered prayer…
